1. How do I make a purchase?

Simply register an account with us and browse our selection of Skin Care, Make Up and Body & Hair products! Once you have made your selection, input your desired quantity and click "add to cart". You can still edit your order quantity under your Shopping Cart if you wish to make changes later.

2. I would like to add an item to my cart but there is no "Add to Cart" button?
Unfortunately, a missing "Add to Cart" button indicates that the item is currently out of stock at our warehouse. :(

3. How do I make payment for my purchases?
We accept payments by Paypal, Credit & Debit Cards or Bank Transfer. Payments by Bank Transfer will have to be made within 24 hours or the order will be deemed invalid.

4. How are online purchases delivered?
We use an outsourced courier service to deliver your purchases at a standard rate of SGD 4.00 per order. Delivery charges are free for purchases above SGD 60.00!

5. How long will it take to deliver my purchase?
MISSHA SG aims to deliver your purchase at the fastest time possible but sometimes processing times may be longer due to peak periods or stock availability at our warehouse at the time of your order. As a general guide, your order will take 5-7 working days to be delivered to you.

6. Can I make a refund or an exchange?
Strictly no refund or exchange on Sales Promotion Items and Nail Colours. Regular priced items sold are not refundable and exchanges must be made within 10 days with receipts and be in resaleable conditions. Exchange must make in the outlet purchased.

7. I am not residing in Singapore, can I place an order online?
Unfortunately, we only deliver to local addresses in Singapore at the present moment.
